Logging into the Back Office
To access your Royaltie account from your Back office you can head to https://app.royaltie.com/auth/login.
Use the email you used when you created an order with us, and the password you created.
Now that you're logged in you can check out the guides available for the Back Office in the link here: Back Office
If you forgot your password or received the error "Wrong Credentials" you can reset you password by clicking Forgot Password? Enter your Royaltie account email to receive a reset password link.
You will receive an reset password email from Royaltie that looks like the image shown below. Click on Restore Password to create a new password.
You will be forwarded to the screen below on the left, and will be prompted to create a new password for your Royaltie account. Once you create a new password you can now login to your Royaltie account in the Back Office and the Royaltie app.
